This is a responsibility that we take seriously every day, so we recommend reading our Cancellation Policies.

When the reservation process is completed, our guest and ORCHID HOUSE undertake to comply with the internal rules of the hotel, respecting and acting in accordance with what is stated in our Cancellation Policies.

Orchid House is exempt from any responsibility in the event that misunderstandings occur on behalf of the guest caused by not reading this document carefully. Reservation Policy

All our rates, promotions and discounts are subject to change without prior notice, it is important that any potential guest interested in booking with ORCHID HOUSE contact one of our agents by phone, email mexicocity@orchidhousehotels.com or our WhatsApp number to Receive information about room types, rates, monthly promotions or discounts (only if applicable). Also to receive instructions on payment methods and how to make it effective. Our representatives can also send the details by email if requested.

 

All our rooms are subject to availability unless our guest has guaranteed their reservation with a deposit, bank transfer or by credit card, unless this prerequisite is met, the rooms will be available to other potential guests and rates will be subject to changes without notice.

 

We require a valid method of payment to guarantee reservation, payment options are exclusively the ones listed below:


Bank Deposit
Bank Transfer
Credit Card
Cash (Only at Front Desk)


In case of bank deposit or bank transfer, it is mandatory that our guest notify their payment with our reservations department at least 8 days before the reservation date, this notification must be sent by email including a copy of the bank transfer or deposit. For your reservation to be validated, our guest must receive an email from ORCHID HOUSE confirming it.

We recommend that anyone interested in making a reservation, carefully read our Cancellation Policy.

Cancelation Policy

The client will have to pay 50% of the total price in advance at the time of booking and the remaining amount during the 14 days before the arrival date. After this process, one of our representatives will contact you by phone or email to confirm that this transaction has been completed. We can only guarantee reservations where charges have been completed.

 

We recommend that anyone interested in making a reservation carefully read our Cancellation Policy.

 

Cancellations made before 15 days of the arrival date, 50% of the total stay will be charged. With less than 14 days, 100% will be charged

*Special rates and non-refundable offers will be charged 100% at the time of booking and no refunds can be made.

Cancellation and reservation policies

In high season a required 5 nights minimum stay.

50% of the total stay amount is required to book the room (bank transfer, credit card or paypal) the remaining balance must be paid at Check in.

Cancellations received 60 days prior the arrival day, will be refunded minus $30.00 USD for administration cost. (Exam: Deposit: $600.00 usd reimbursed $570.00 usd)

Cancellation received between 60 and 30 days prior the arrival day, 50% of the deposit will be refunded minus $30.00 usd for administration cost. (Exam: Deposit: $600.00 usd reimbursed $270.00 usd

Cancellation received between 30 and 7 days prior the arrival day, 25% of the deposit will be refunded minus $30.00 usd for administration cost.(Exam. Deposit: $600.00 usd reimbursed: $120.00 usd)

Cancellation received in the 7 days before the arrival the full amount of the stay will be covered. In case of NO SHOW, the FULL amount of the stay will be covered. ???

Cancellation policies does not apply in the next seasons, Christmas, New Year’s and Easter or rates with discount.

In case of no show or early check out the total of the reservation will be charged and there will be no refund.

Reservation Policy

As potential clients of CASA HIXULI BY ORCHID HOUSE, it is vitally important to earn your trust.


This is a responsibility that we take seriously every day, so we recommend reading our Cancellation Policies.

 

Cancelation Policy

Reservations cancelled at least 15 days previous to reservation are exempt of charges ONLY IF THESE WERE PAID IN CASH. In case payment was made with credit, debit, deposit or transfer a 10% charge calculated over total for bank commission will apply.

 

In this case reimbursement will be made via deposit of bank transfer. Nonetheless the client may also modify their reservation WITHOUT SUFFERING PENALIZATION only if they get in touch with us via telephone, email AT LEAST 15 DAYS BEFORE THE DATE THAT WAS ORIGINALLY PROGRAMED ON RESERVATION so we may have time to make pertinent changes. Any cancellation or modification must be confirmed by the hotel via email to validate it.

If a reservation is made for more than one room by one guest we require 30 days notice prior to arrival in order to effect cancellation without penalization.

*Any reservations that HAVE NOT BEEN CANCELLED WITH 15 DAYS NOTICE will have a charge equivalent to 100% of the rate reserved WITHOUT THE POSSIBILITY OF MODIFYING RESERVATION.

*Any and all changes are subject to availability. Please verify with our agents which rooms are open for the dates you may require.
