Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be requested via email or telephone only and may be subject to cancellation fees. ORCHID HOUSE will impose cancella- tion penalties based on low or high-demand seasons, as outlined below:
For original reservations with stay days spanning December 22 to January 1, Holy Week, Easter, Zona Maco and any major Mexico or US Holidays: 50% of the booking will be charge at the time of reservation. If cancellation is received by the hotel no later than 21 days before the arrival, no cancellation fee will apply. If cancellation is received within the 20-day period before the arrival, a 100% cancellation penalty will apply.

 

Reservation made for Formula 1 Season; rates will be non-refundable. ORCHID HOUSE will apply a 100% charge.

 

For original reservations with stay days spanning January 2 to December 21 (excluding Holy Week, Easter, Formula 1, Zona Maco and any major Mexico or US Holidays):1 night will be charge at the time of booking. If cancellation is received by the hotel no later than 7 days before the arrival, no cancellation fee will apply. If cancellation is received within the 6-day period before the arrival, a 100% cancellation penalty will apply. In case of reimbursement ORCHID HOUSE will apply $30.00 USD for administration costs. (Example: If the original deposit was $600.00 USD, then $570.00 USD will be reimbursed.)

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be requested by email or telephone only and may be subject to cancellation fees.
The client may cancel without penalty up to 15 days prior to arrival at the hotel (RATES WITHOUT DISCOUNTS).

In case of cancellation less than 14 days prior to your arrival date at the hotel, you will be charged 50% of the total amount of your stay. If your reservation is only for one night, 100% of your reservation will be charged.


For the periods: Easter, Christmas, and New Year the discounted rates are NON-REFUNDABLE.

The client can also modify his reservation WITHOUT PENALTY only if he contacts us by phone or email AT LEAST 20 DAYS BEFORE THE DATE ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED IN THE RESERVATION so that we can have time to make the relevant changes. Any cancellation or modification must be confirmed by the hotel by email to validate it.

*Special rates and NON-REFUNDABLE offers will be charged 50% at the time of booking (the remaining 50% must be paid at the time of check in at the front desk) and no refunds can be made.


To make changes and modifications it is necessary to contact the hotel at least 20 days before the arrival date, which must be validated and confirmed by email.
