Cancellation and reservation policies

In high season a required 5 nights minimum stay.

50% of the total stay amount is required to book the room (bank transfer, credit card or pay pal) the remaining balance must be payed at Check in.

Cancellations received 60 days prior the arrival day, will be refunded minus $30.00 USD for administration cost. (Exam: Deposit: $600.00 usd reimbursed $570.00 usd)

Cancellation received between 60 and 30 days prior the arrival day, 50% of the deposit will be refunded minus $30.00 usd for administration cost. (Exam: Deposit: $600.00 usd reimbursed $270.00 usd

Cancellation received between 30 and 7 days prior the arrival day, 25% of the deposit will be refunded minus $30.00 usd for administration cost.(Exam. Deposit: $600.00 usd reimbursed: $120.00 usd)

Cancellation received in the 7 days before the arrival the full amount of the stay will be covered. In case of NO SHOW, the FULL amount of the stay will be covered. ???

Cancellation policies doesn´t apply in the next seasons, Christmas, New Year’s and Easter or rates with discount.

In case of no show or early check out the total of the reservation will be charge and there will be no refund.
