The table changes in every house

In Polanco there is a restaurant with its own menu. In La Paz, a kitchen facing the Sea of Cortés. In San Miguel there is no restaurant: there is a breakfast made to order and served in the courtyard.

Set on the courtyard terrace we call the Secret Garden. Here you can try chef Alejandro Rojas's celebrated Neapolitan pizza, salads and cocktails, along with the continental breakfast served every morning.

Mexican breakfast made to order. The chilaquiles are the house favourite, to be had at the individual tables in the courtyard or together at the long dining table. At that hour, the kitchen takes over the house with a smell of its own.

Breakfast is served beside the pool, under the palapa roof, with seasonal options such as tropical fruit, toast and coffee, and hot dishes such as green chilaquiles with egg. The menu is written on chalkboards.

Choose where to have breakfast

On the garden terrace or in the room. The tray arrives with bread, granola with yoghurt, papaya and melon, coffee and orange juice. You choose where to have it —up there, by the wine-coloured wall, or without leaving the bed. On the ground floor you will find our sister restaurant, Amand Delicatessen, with its own kitchen and its own menu.
